on both old and new and "other" technologies (such as space

LECTURE

Born in Baghdad in 1950, she studied Architecture at the
Architectural Association. She then became a member of the
Office for Metropolitan Architecture OMA, began teching at
the AA with Rem Koolhaas and Elia Zenghelis, and later led
her own unit at the AA until 1987. Her academic concerns
have continued to the present, with periods of visiting
professorship at Columbia and Harvard Universities and a
series of masterclasses and lectures at vaious venues around
the world. During 1994, she held the Kenzo Tange chair at
the Graduate School of Design, Harvard University. |
